“I wasn’t very happy with my last order if you look at the one of the photos two heads were missing on the photo.who ever put the photo in the frame must have seen it.Shame one good other not good.”
“I am very happy with my picture, but unfortunately due to the goods being stuck with Yodel from the 8th May and I received goods 21st May and had to continually chase MyPicture who said once with the Courier out of our hands, that is not what you expect to here from a professional Company so for that reason I will not be purchasing from you again.”
“Had to contact customer service as a week after I got a dispatched notification, the tracking still said it was with sender. Customer service sent me through a different tracking link to the one I'd had previously, and that wouldn't register my address as it was not my tracking link. Ended up very stressed as it was overdue and a present for my fiancé's birthday which was ordered well in advance.
Customer service response to me asking which was the actual tracking information was blunt. This is not the first time I've had issued with postage with this company, but at least I didn't have issues with my order this time. If you have an issue with your actual order, all I can say is good luck.”
“The products seem like good value for money but I bought a photo jigsaw which I am so disappointed with. It is flimsy and a couple of the pieces broke as I took the puzzle apart (it arrived complete). It does not come in a box so it does not make a good gift. Instead it comes in a massive plastic bag?! The finish is very glossy and the pieces are identically sized, so not really like a proper jigsaw. It is more like a novelty photo that you would just frame immediately. I guess you get what you pay for.”
“To be honest I am utterly disappointed with the delivery! You offered discount for Mother’s Day, yet I ordered on the Tuesday before Mother’s Day and the frames arrived the following Wednesday! It ruined my present and there was not even an option for the delivery so until I had ordered I had no idea when it would get to my Mum! Would never order on this site again because I was so upset!!”
“Frame doesn't come with glass.
I added the frame to my 'star map' order via the quick order process. Only when I contacted customer services did they point me to a page in the website that ' shows' there is no glass.
Disappointing this isn't made clear upfront”
“Picture frames are described as wood which they are but they are a laminated cheap softwood. I ordered a poster print which arrived in a cardboard box which had no caution markings and had been crushed leaving the poster with multiple creases. You should use cardboard tubes for poster prints.”
“Nothing wrong with the prints, I responded to an email advertising the canvas prints as a mothers day gift and they were delivered 3 day after mothers day!!!”

“I ordered a jigsaw of a very old historical family photo. The quality is fine and I am happy with it. HOWEVER I am very disappointed to note that it didn't come in a conventional box with the picture printed on it like jigsaws do. The product description is misleading. If I knew it was going to come in a jiffy envelope I wouldn't hv ordered it. I woujdnt have minded to pay a extra couple of pounds for the product to be presented as a proper boxed jigsaw.”
“Fast delivery especially for the time of year. However this is the 2nd time I’ve ordered hanging kits that haven’t came. I paid for 4 the first time none came and the 2nd time I paid for 8 and only 3 came. So the canvases are lovely so don’t get me wrong but I’ve paid for stuff that hadn’t came.”

“Very disappointed. Ordered 2 x photo puzzles, looked great when arrived, however when trying to pry apart the pieces to put in a box several of the photos separated from the cardboard, dispite being very careful. Can no longer give as a gift due to poor quality.”
