On Tuesday the 28th I contacted the Mypicture as my order was still showing as in production and was told that both the mug and canvas had been made and was provided a tracking number for this, this arrived on Thursday 30th and was just the mug. I then contacted customer service again and was told someone would chase this up and get back to me, I was informed that evening that there had been a manufacturing fault with my order and they was having to be remade (this is now 8 days since I ordered) and they apparently print and have them ready for dispatch within 24 hours, so even if there was an error which I understand can happen it should have only took 48 hours. I then spoke to customer service on Friday 31st and was informed that it was being shipped however the tracking still shows it hasn’t been received by yodel as in fact still with my picture they have just generated the shipping label ready. The only apology I have received off someone is them offering 40% off my next order which i politely declined as I wouldn’t recommend anyone order from this company and i definitely will not be doing again, they also offered as a gesture of good will to refund my delivery charge, however I received free shipping on this order so that would of been a refund of nothing! The canvas were ordered for a birthday present it was therefore essential I had them in time for that, but never received them and was lied to that they were en route and they are refusing to cancel my order. Avoid this company at all costs
