At first I was disappointed not to be receiving my calendars on the appointed date. However, My-Picture kept me informed of the delay in getting my order to me, this was very helpful although the delay was beyond their control. 3 days later than scheduled my items arrived. I am very happy with the result and standard of my calendars. I shall definitely be placing my order for next year with My-Picture.co.uk
