PLEASE READ THIS!
I purchased an item on the 18th of December 2020 as a christmas present. However, till today on the 1st of January 2021, the item as not arrived. The initial promise was that the item delivered latest by 23rd December. I have tried to contact them, however the website tries to divert customers away from getting ACTUAL help. If you are looking through all those "fantastic" reviews, think twice.
