Ordered on 10th Feb and haven't received the product yet. Each time UPS updates the tracker it still stuck in Germany due to Brexit related issues.
Customer service is very poor. you have to wait to 2 business days to hear from them and even then it not helpful. If I have known they were in Germany, I wouldn't have ordered as they are misleading customers to believe that they are from the UK.
I don't recommend them at all
