The product was very good, but the delivery time was way longer than expected. I had to chase it up twice before I got a proper response, and only then did the delivery suddenly arrive. My order was for a bereaved relative, so I had wanted it a lot more promptly. However, the final product is of sufficiently good quality that the recipient was happy with it.
