Dreadful / unhelpful customer services. I urgently needed the prints for an event. Which I made clear when I placed the order. But they arrived too late - 2 days after the event. Customer services said they would arrive in time but they didn’t. Multiple email exchanges with customer services that failed to address my concerns or offer up a solution. So very disappointing. I would recommend ordering from elsewhere
