Up till a month ago I've always highly rated this company but looks like there's a big problem when it comes to packaging and sending rug mats with photo .
The last 3 I have received have been badly creased and the creases don't want to come out as tried everything they mention but no joy ?The first 3 rugs were perfect with no creases and struggle to understand what's went wrong ?
At £45 each it's alot of money to be let down time and time again .
