I ordered 12 mixtiles and by mistake added a duplicate photo, requested for a change just the day after and the team says they cant do anything :( thats too much, very poor customer service, I won't order from these guys again, mixtiles team are lot better, dealt with them in the past....these people have no value for a customer issue.
