First two orders of framed photos in July very happy with but then, in the period since, they marginally changed the sizes of their frames. It mean't that upon receiving my latest order in December, my photos and frames (which I had intended to hang alongside those originally ordered) were 10% smaller. I was extremely upset and upon pointing this out to them I found their customer service to be woefully inadequate. No offer of a refund, no attempt whatsoever to acquire any of the previous sized frames (only needed 3!), just an offer of a discounted next order.
