Site easy to use, product produced quickly, only issue was it took days between when the product was ready and it was shipped. That seemed only to happen when I complained to customer service. Shipping itself was quick.
Other issue was I added a picture hanger expecting to get the wire type thing for use with a hook. Instead got two dragonteeth attachments and two screws, which for an extra three pound was a bit much, plus, useless.
I wouldn't buy the hanger, but then that means you have to find your own.
