We've struggled with the mattress that came with our new motorhome, and were hesitant to buy a replacement in case it was no better. I called and spoke to Angelo who couldn't have been more helpful. It's rare to receive such good customer service as I did that day, he went to the trouble of asking lots of questions about or mattress at home, even asking for the make and model. He then looked up the details and they made a mattress to match! Truly excellent service, I can highly recommend.
