Such a pathetic service given by My holidays. i miss the flight and wanted to reschedule my flight ticket and they said no cannot either refund or change the ticket.
i will make sure to comment the same on emirates airline about my holiday and i also make sure to pass this other agencies and airline about my holidays.
you people are bluffing the clients and very rude staff not helpful at all.
