After searching skyscanner.net for 3 flights to Dubai 'myholidays.com' came out as cheapest direct option on Emirates Airline, by almost EURO300 cheaper than booking direct with Emirates. However the day before the flights my daughter tested positive for Covid and we had to change the flights. 1) Myholidays.com wanted AED2825 (EUR680) to change the tickets to different dates even though Emirates charges nothing! 2) agreed to cancel and refund the tickets and return AED9002 (EUR 2169) even though I paid AED11636 (EUR2803) and they claim 6 to 8 weeks for the refund to be processed. Customer service replies promptly and even called me back twice, however their fees are ridiculous. I certainly will never use them again... I only hope they do actually refund the money...
