I booked a flight though myholidays and during booking it said that the baggage policy is a CheckIn up to 25kg/person already included and 7kg Cabin bag.
When my E-ticket came, it says there is 0kg CheckIn baggage. I especially booked with this company, because of the CheckIn baggage. I reached back to them through customer service to resolve this issue and they sent me new E-ticket saying I have a checked in baggage.
And when I came to the airport with this printed ticket showing 25kg checked in lagguage to drop off my baggage, they told me that I have no checked in lagguage, because my booking company didn’t pay for that. It caused me a lot of stress at the airport eventhough I tried to resolve this issue with them, right after I bought the flight ticket. I originally bought my flight ticket with this company, eventhough it was more expensive than other booking companies because of the checked in lagguage. I ended up paying for my suitcase at the airport. I was very unsatisfied with their service. I tried reaching back to them and try to get a refund, and they made me send them a receipt for the baggage and they just keep promising that I will get a refund multiple times, but it’s been 4 months without a reply!
I am very angry, it caused me a lot of stress and I will never ever book with this company again!
