very bad experience ! they false charged me when i wanted to reschedule my booking and now did not even refund the amount.
i am very frustrated with myholidays customer support where they dont provide proper answers over emails or chat or call.
my refund was initiated and its been more than 45 days still they have not processed my refund.
chat team will not even care to reply you back, their customer care will say i dont want to talk with you on phone.
this is really not better way to treat your customer who have trust in you over online payments.
i had really bad experience with support team who i have been in touch with.
please stop treating you customers like this.
