I had booked a flight for my wife for Jan 18th. Unfortunately her father passed away and I had to book another flight next day. I called myholidays and explained the situation they sent me an email since this was non refundable we cannot issue the refund. I called in again the next day and advised them of the situation that my wife has already left and still 20 days for the departure I would like to cancel the ticket. They advised me to send the death certificate which I did and it’s been 2 months I have not even heard back from them. What kind of service do you provide. I looked at some other websites and checked in case of death of immediate family member, they will gladly process the refunds. We are talking about $2000 which I am paying interest every month. Hoping someone will call us.
