I've been a customer since 2008 and won't order from them again - enough is enough.
Something seems to have changed in their system, which means my address is processed incorrectly, even though it's been entered correctly, and I've never had problems before.
On top of that, the customer service is generally unhelpful and not interested in resolving their customers' problems.
