Disgusting customer service. Emails replied to but they never actually responded to what your asking. My items were supposedly delivered but never received. Iv sent more then 6 Emails and returned a non revived slip still with no joy.
I then had dealings with ‘James’ via live chat. A very rude, customer service personal who terminated my chat after Becoming rude because I asked for a replacement order .
I have a large gym following online and will now certainly be sharing my experience on social media.
