Delivered to the wrong address and took a month for me to get my money back from them. The day it was delivered they were able to tell me the (wrong) address of where it was delivered yet I had to fill in 2 forms, chat to someone from customer service about 2-3 times per week before anything was done about it. Unless I contacted them nothing was being done, in fact, I would probably still be waiting. In the end someone just issued the refund right there and then, which could have been done all along. Customer service is really really bad. I do not recommend.
