Customer of theirs for more than 10 years. Cancelled their service today. They shipped a super expensive TV with UPS, who destroyed the TV in transit and were happy to take responsibility. However, MYUS were not on my side, refused to file a claim with UPS although they acknowledged their fault. Do not use them:
- If things go wrong they will definitely not be on your side
- Their shipments are far too expensive now, sending a $10 cable will cost you more than $20 shipping cost
- Their IT system sucks
- They will not answer very specific questions
- They will not take up suggestions for service improvements you make
- They have no issue escalation process
Very very disappointed after so many years with them.
