If I could give it zero stars I would.
In my little experience, they more than doubled my item's value, despite having the actual receipt they ask for, causing the customs fee to increase dramatically, labeled and overcharged for shipping by considering it "dangerous" (they assumed it had a battery, instead of asking), and it wasn't. they then shipped again for the same "dangerous" fee, and won't renege on it. Also, they have the ability to automatically charge your account without your authorisation. Never using them again.
