I shipped more than $300 USD worth of items from Amazon to MyUS in Sarasota, the way I usually do. This time, everything went missing. I gave MyUS representatives tracking IDs, Order IDs, and everything they asked for. They told me they never received any packages.
I talked with Amazon representatives. They took the order IDs and confirmed that the packages were delivered, in some cases signed for by "Bell", and in other cases signed for by a receptionist. Amazon credited $72.00 USD to my account anyway, but they told me the remaining packages were signed for by someone in the MyUS office (the receptionist), so I will have to take it up with MyUS. At the moment, I'm at loss for more than $200; possibly more when remaining packages on the way suffer the same fate.
I am offering only testimony. I would advise anyone to make his or her decision as to what shipper to use; however, there are quite a few very good ones, and I'm trying anyone but MyUS from this point onward.
