MyUS.com WILL NOT SHIP to Hawaii(and many other states/territories).
Prior to sending package to MyUS.com, their website's "shipping calculator" gives multiple options to ship t to any U.S. State or territory but after MyUS.com receives your package, they email you stating they will not ship to Hawaii, etc...
