Second complain I need to do on MyUS in the same week.
There was 1 product in my case that MyUS said it could not ship.
I asked to discard the product. They say they take 1-2 business days to do it.
After 2 business days I contacted customer service. The agent cancelled my request, submitted again and said now I need to wait 2 more days!!!!
Unbelievable!
