I attempted to sign up for the free trial of premium services. I went through the entire process and was told I would NOT be charged. However, I had forgotten I had previously made an account a year ago, so I was ineligible for the free trial and was charged. This would have been fine but I was given no warning about the charge and it just showed up on my PayPal account. I contacted support through WhatsApp and was told I would get an account credit for the $9.99 and my account was downgraded back to the single package member. I never received $9.99 back. When contacted again customer support told me $9.99 was the fee to switch account types so I would not be refunded. Note I did not use their service at all
I would not be upset about not getting a refund except it was extremely shady that I was charged without any confirmation on my part.
When I used the service a year ago I ended up paying double the estimated cost from the website since I had chosen MyUS preferred express as this was described as the most affordable choice I assumed that would mean it would cost approximately the same as the cheapest estimate. I understand there can be some differences between actual cost and the estimate but did not expect to pay twice the estimated amount to ship a small package.
I should have learned my lesson last time, but I will not be using this company again.
