There seems to be no real supervisorto take cjarge of a case. Plus jou start tofeel like theres no grey matter residing here either, and don't fall for "Your custom is very important to us" line! It's a very disjointed service, feels like its run more like a machine parts centre than storage/shipping concern. My parcel is being held completely against my request and will, as they've refused a dri er collection already and everything takes a week to review! Though if I want to review it...then I'd have bought it! Oh sorry I have! And I wa t it here with me! And its taken over a month if incompetence, emails, wrong bookings and dealing with monkeys!
