Numerous issues with charging me fees that don't apply and then when I complain all I get is a credit to use with them. So I don't get my money back. And the most recent issue was that it took them 2 weeks to release my package without telling me why and then they sent it with a heavy ice pack in the package. My item did not need an icepack at all, ever. So they made my package heavier and then I had to pay more for that weight. I will never use this service again. There are other companies that will also ship to Canada so do not use myus.com
