I strongly advise against using MYUS. What was once a reliable service has now become a scam. If your shipment is valuable, expect it to be stuck indefinitely in the “Under Review” section without any clear explanation. Their customer service is unresponsive and vague, replying to long inquiries with short, generic responses that do nothing to resolve the issue. They seem to rely on the fact that most international customers have no legal leverage to take action against them in the U.S., effectively holding shipments hostage until customers give up out of frustration. Stay away from this service if you value your time, money, and peace of mind!
