I have been a member of MyUs for 5 years and while I understand Covid-19 has impacted everyone, the current service/lack the of is totally appalling!
First, I had a parcel supposedly shipped (but received no notification or tracking) and it still hasn't turned up despite being marked a delivered.
Shortly after, I had another shipment consolidated... It took 16 days for them to FINALLY send it... BUT one of the items was removed from the shipment and placed back in my suite. Contacting customer service is pointless, I've had to send multiple emails over the last 3 weeks and have heard NOTHING despite social media telling me they'd escalate it to the head of customer service. Their live chat is never working, so not I have a missing parcel, a shipment that I'm hoping to get, minus one item sitting in my suite despite being charged full price to ship everything requested.
Definitely wouldn't recommend using them after this
