Naps Gear has always been a reliable source of supplements and, in my experience, they ALWAYS "make it right". I placed a pretty expensive order (for me) for $800 worth of product with them in early July. They ask that you give them 4 to 8 weeks for delivery depending on the product and where it is shipping from, especially now with tariffs and such. When my order hadn't arrived within 6 weeks, I reached out to them via customer service ticket just to check as I had never had to wait that long for an order to arrive. I received a quick and professional response. After some back and forth with customer service over the course of a couple of weeks, it was determined that my order had become misrouted during shipping. Naps, reshipped my order and I had it withing a very short period of time after that. I've been a customer of Naps Gear since 2020 and I have always been able to rely on them getting me my ordered product in a timely manner and / or making it right on this one occasion when my order was misrouted. I'm very happy to continue to do business with them and can recommend them without hesitation based on my experience. I've been using the product that I ordered for just over 2 weeks now and I am having some amazing results.
