This is my second purchase from National Mattress. Their website is informative and very easy to navigate. When shopping online for my current Serta I was simultaneously examining products on several sites. National Mattress was the cheapest and easiest to deal with. They have a quiz you can take to find the best mattress suited for your style of sleeping. I made my purchase online. I received a receipt immediately and told when to expect my item to be shipped. By the next morning I was given delivery day. Then as the day approached I was given an ETA. Within the ETA window I was contacted by the delivery team. They arrived on schedule. They were friendly and very helpful. Overall a very positive experience with National Mattress. I will be using them in the future.
