We shopped at Markham location; the staffs were professional and let us tried the mattresses. The price is reasonable and the product came with manufacturer’s seal. Packaging is great, the delivery guys were very helpful and on time. We paid for removal; our old mattresses were properly covered and moved to the designated spot. The overall experience is wonderful, highly recommended.
