Overall good experience with a happy end, despite of the some uncomfortable situations. After the purchase we discovered a coupon at NM website: "Save 50$ on Orders $500 and up for National Mattress Newsletter Subscription". The salesperson at Mississauga South location was very helpful, but did not notified us of $50 coupon option during the purchase. Customer service response on the issue also wasn't helpful: "That is a coupon, not a sale offer, and must be presented at the time of purchase to be applied." Eventually we got a $50 rebate in a store without a problem. The second minor issue, we haven't received the invoice by email as it was promised by the salesperson, we have to send a reminder to get it.
