The experience with National Mattress was wonderful start to finish. Greg, the sales person in the store, was very attentive, informative and helpful. He was able to arrange delivery outside of NM's normal delivery area within 2 days. Awesome!! Shav, the delivery person was exceptional. I had mismanaged my delivery, thinking my husband would be available to help me drag them upstairs. He was not. Instead, Shav heaved those mattresses into the house even though the front stairs were not built yet. He also helped me haul them upstairs. Shav was on time, extremely helpful, curteous and cheerful. Personnel on both ends of the sale went above and beyond. Much appreciated.
