We dealt with Suraj and Pavin at the Mississauga store. They took the time to show us all options and were very knowledgeable. Although the mattress we chose was back ordered, they were pleasant to interact with. We look forward to purchasing our next mattress there. To note, the phone line at times was sent to the Hamilton store and Wayne was an unpleasant person to interact with. If that was the representative, we would likely not have purchased a mattress from this store. Service matters and we are thankful for Suraj and Pavin’s patience and respectfulness.
