My partner and I went into the store as a young couple worried about upselling and getting ripped off, but the complete opposite happened. An employee showed us the warehouse, told us how to navigate and find things, and then left us alone to look around and test a few mattresses. The person that helped us was incredibly knowledgeable about the store’s inventory and was able to answer questions on the spot.
