I've ordered a candle 4 weeks ago. When it arrived, the glass was broken. I tried contacting Neom via Email 3x, via What's app 3 times but have NOT gotten ANY answer. It seems Neom is only interested in selling but has virtually NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOTHING!!
