“They are totally useless, had a faulty candle sent them pictures, they agreed to send me a new one in November still not arrived now February, got back to them with references but they now say they can’t trace me, totally useless don’t buy”
“Missing items from delivery.
Missing items - I ordered 7 items and only 5 arrived. Rang customer service and the automated system advised they are too busy and to email. Completely unacceptable. Out of years of internet shopping I can count on one hand the number of incorrect orders I’ve received. It is not expected from any company but especially from a luxury brand. I wish I’d read reviews beforehand as this appears to be a reoccurring issue. NEOM needs to review and improve its systems.”
“Wonderful products but from a company that promotes stress relief the customer service is appalling. Products did not arrive within the stated time and when I queried this by email I was ignored. Happy to buy products in a shop but will never order online again.”

Contacted NEOM via email regarding a faulty three wick candle, sent photos as requested and now nothing!!! This was on the 5th Jan, over a month has gone by and still nothing!!!
You can't phone them, live chat doesn't work. I've tried contacting them via their Facebook ads, of which there are many!!! But still nothing!!! NEOM you are an absolute disgrace!!! I thought you were all about wellbeing, what a joke!!! You take people's hard earned money, send faulty goods and then nothing!!!!

“Waiting 3 weeks now and no sign of my order after 2 weeks and numerous e mails they sent me shipping updates but dhl have said they have not received the package have now asked several times for a refund no reply from them phone lines closed due to the high volume of complaints they are receiving.
Seriously worried whether I will receive my money back as they are not replying to my e mails.
Don’t order from them if you want service for a well being company they have caused significant stress to its customers”
“The lack of response to messages saying products had no been received was unacceptable. Having to try every means of contact, finally resorting to social media, to get a resolution is unacceptable.
No apology for a 2 month delay to receiving an order is unacceptable. The sheer number of similar experiences from other people and the lack of any urgency is resolving is unacceptable. What's worse is Neom seems to not even care. This is not the level of customer service expected from a company that charges premium prices.
Unfortunately this experience means I am unlikely to purchase from Neom in the future.”

I have literally not received any response to my inquiries and every time I call either phone line from the United States or the UKI get told that it's after hours or I get hung up on.
