Purchased a luxury pod first week December . These retail @£130 but used discount code £ 95 .Within 2 weeks pod stopped misting .
Emailed , received ticket reference and a request of video footage .
A request has been made for an exchange ....email not responded , however this has been the Christmas period.
Tried to telephone 6th January , unable to leave a vm .Company advise email or log into account which I am now unable !!.
Assuming hub products are faulty causing high number of complaints ????
Love love Neom diffusers and candles which i have purchased directly from QVC over the past .
Stay away from buying products directly, the customer service aftercare is shocking and requires urgent attention .
Consumer rights to be pursued if response not made within the next week
