Missing items from delivery.
Missing items - I ordered 7 items and only 5 arrived. Rang customer service and the automated system advised they are too busy and to email. Completely unacceptable. Out of years of internet shopping I can count on one hand the number of incorrect orders I’ve received. It is not expected from any company but especially from a luxury brand. I wish I’d read reviews beforehand as this appears to be a reoccurring issue. NEOM needs to review and improve its systems.
