The lack of response to messages saying products had no been received was unacceptable. Having to try every means of contact, finally resorting to social media, to get a resolution is unacceptable.
No apology for a 2 month delay to receiving an order is unacceptable. The sheer number of similar experiences from other people and the lack of any urgency is resolving is unacceptable. What's worse is Neom seems to not even care. This is not the level of customer service expected from a company that charges premium prices.
Unfortunately this experience means I am unlikely to purchase from Neom in the future.
