My neighbour bought a candle for my daughters uni accommodation, the candle left the room beautifully fragranced but after the second use the wick disappeared under the wax, customer service told me the candle needs to burn for 3-4 hours at a time to prevent this happening, what first year student spends that long in their room?? We were offered a 20% discount off our next candle. Never again, we disposed off the candle and bought a supermarket equivalent.”
“I've ordered a candle 4 weeks ago. When it arrived, the glass was broken. I tried contacting Neom via Email 3x, via What's app 3 times but have NOT gotten ANY answer. It seems Neom is only interested in selling but has virtually NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOTHING!!
