Not worth the hype – poor service and underwhelming products I had high hopes for NEOM but my experience has been really disappointing. My order took almost two weeks to arrive, and when it finally turned up, the bottles were dirty – not what you expect from a so-called premium brand. On top of that, my conditioner was missing from the parcel, yet I was still charged in full. Trying to sort it out was a nightmare. Customer service is basically just an AI chatbot, which told me my issue would be passed to a team… but no one followed up. It wasn’t until I chased them by phone that I finally got a refund. As for the products I did receive – honestly, they’re nothing special. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle. Wouldn’t recommend. There are better products out there with far better customer care.
