Just signed up for a new John Lewis Partnership card which Newday run on behalf of JL, replacing HSBC-run JL card. Currently trying to speak to someone at Newday, been hanging on for 36 mins. If this is representative of Newday's service levels (which other reviews suggest it probably is) then I'll be finding another card pretty sharpish. JLP reputation isn't going to be enhanced by this.
