I wish I could give a negative star as Newday and I are incompatible.
To mimic JL services will mean a being able to have conversation with a customer service agent within 5 mins of ringing when issues arise (might add, not very often with JL), having the issue investigated and resolved immediately and to be asked if there is anything else I would like help with.
Newday is unable to deliver on these three so I’m matching on without them.
Maybe JL can rethink and make amends. Probably too late.
