If I can give "0" that would be the true rating for this provider. It is simply awful, with no customer service and no explanation on why the credit limit can't be increased, despite having a JL credit card for over 10 years (by HSBC) and a 10 times higher limit compared to what Newday offered.
I am so disappointed that JL decided to associate with such an awful organization.
