Frequently my card, and that of my wife, do not work when tapping, the credit limit given was slashed from when HSBC provided the service, the call agents can't give a sensible answer when the 'increase credit limit' automatically says 'no'. The pain of changing supplier is high but this lot are trashing your reputation. Admit it, you made a mistake, and bin them.
