Fraud on my card but they did not send text immediately. Then cancelled all supplementary cards without advising. Then sent an urgent email to my JLP credit card app which they had blocked due to the fraud. Called but nobody was able to advise what urgent email was about. Told it would take up to 28 days to investigate my complaint but not told when supplememntary cards would be active again. Then sent me an email that my statement was available on the app and that I should check all charges. However as they had blocked the app this was not possible.
Of course no telephone number for complaints dept. I assume that they would be overwhelmed. Absolutely appalling service and total incompetence.Advised John Lewis as this really reflects on their customer service but they are totally disinterested.
