Shameful. Paid my balance in full£2880.
Because it was after 4 P M they blocked my card and registered it as a late payment even though I received an email telling me that my balance had been cleared and the funds were available for use. Called customer service, joke of a name, and was told that my account cannot be unfrozen until after midnight.
Total rubbish services. They had my money and blocked my card despite pleas that I had and important appointment in London and needed it to get there etc….
Apparently ALL the managers were in a meeting. Liars.
